A Connecticut clinic that performed three abortions on a 14-year-old failed to report the pregnancies were the result of statutory rape, The Associated Press reported.
Police in New London charged 22-year-old Kevon Walker with second-degree sexual assault only after the girl’s mother contacted them.
Walker, free on a $50,000 bond, is prohibited from having contact with the young teen.
Just last week, a teen sued an Ohio Planned Parenthood clinic for failing to report years of sexual abuse by her father.
