Colorado Center Helps Men and Women Deal with Post-Abortion Trauma

A facility in Loveland, Colo., is meeting the needs of those struggling with grief or loss following an abortion. A Safe Place Abortion Recovery Center provides individual and group recovery resources to women and men.

“With almost 50 million legal abortions in the U.S. alone since 1973, there are more than enough people needing to reclaim their lives from the pain of a past abortion,” said Mary Comm, president and founder of A Safe Place. “A Safe Place exists so men and women can begin to heal and reclaim their lives, along with the hope, peace and joy they lost because of a past abortion experience.”
