Good News: Thousands Thank Bush for Pro-Life Policies

In October, CitizenLink requested thank-you e-mails be sent to President Bush for refusing to send U.S. aid to a British abortion business because of its support for China's population control agency.

Since then, nearly 2,000 people have thanked the president for defending the preborn. It's not too late to say "Thank you."

Bush's nominees to the Supreme Court will carry on his pro-family legacy.

“Chief Justice John Roberts and Samuel Alito respect the Constitution, will protect religious liberty (and) will protect the sanctity of human life," Mat Staver, president of Liberty Counsel, told Family News in Focus.

Douglas Johnson, legislative director for the National Right to Life Committee, said the Bush administration brought an era of unprecedented progress for family values.

“We’ve enacted more major pro-life legislation than ever," he said, "including the ban on partial-birth abortion, the Unborn Victims of Violence Act, the Born Alive Infants Protection Act and many others.”

TAKE ACTION
