A judge has thrown out Planned Parenthood's request for a restraining order against Abby Johnson, the former director of an abortion clinic in Bryan, Texas.
Johnson became pro-life after watching an abortion through an ultrasound machine. The abortion giant had accused her of taking records when she left the clinic.
Steven Aden, senior legal counsel for the Alliance Defense Fund, said Planned Parenthood simply had no evidence.
"This is just another example of a Planned Parenthood bullying tactic," he said, "trying to silence those who speak out and expose their lies and fraud to women."
