Good News: Web Site Monitors Media Coverage of Pro-Life Prosecutor

Announcing “There is a new sheriff in town,” KCNewsWatch.com launched today with headline coverage of media bias against Phill Kline, district attorney for Johnson County, Kan., who is running for re-election.

Kline has been savaged by The Kansas City Star, which has called him a “slimeball” and “reckless crusader” for pursuing 107 felony and misdemeanor charges against a Planned Parenthood clinic in Overland Park.

KCNewsWatch.com Editor Bob Gough said the Web site will monitor Star coverage of Kline and “set the media straight — the news they get wrong (and) the news they won't print.”

Meanwhile, Kline received an endorsement from Dr. James Dobson, who released a letter as a private citizen stating, “There is no other elected official taking a more principled and courageous stand for the sanctity of human life.”
