Conservative talk-show host Hugh Hewitt shared the stage with Dr. James Dobson as the "Focus on the Family" broadcast was inducted into the National Radio Hall of Fame earlier this month.
During a special reception prior to the ceremony, Hewitt interviewed Dr. Dobson. Their interactions are being rebroadcast today and Tuesday on the Focus radio program.
"It is a great honor to be asked to introduce one of the great communicators of this or any age," Hewitt said. "I’m deeply graced to be here."
Dr. Dobson and Hewitt also discuss the election results and how they may affect families in the months ahead.
"There are millions of people praying, and we’re going to trust (God)," Dr. Dobson said. "There’s a lot of reason for concern, but I’m not going to panic over it, and we’re just going to hang in there."
