Good News: Christian Rally Set for Same Day as Gay-Pride Parade

President Barack Obama recently designated June as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month.

The Coalition for Conscience, in Charlotte, N.C., is responding to the gay activists in its city with truth and righteousness. The group will hold a praise and worship rally on July 25 — the same day as the city's gay-pride parade.

"If you love Jesus, you qualify," according to the coalition's Web site. "We need worshippers, intercessors, musicians, soul-winners, walkers, talkers and believers of every age, color and size to stand together as a prophetic witness to our society."

The coalition is setting an example for churches across the land on how to respond to gay events with truth and grace.
