Memo Exposes Hidden Agenda in Volunteer Campaign

More than 60 network shows will encourage viewers to volunteer and serve, according to the Entertainment Industry Foundation. But while the “I Participate” campaign may sound noble, there’s a serious problem.

After watching participating programs, viewers are encouraged to visit Web sites and plug in “health care” and other search terms.  When they do, Planned Parenthood and other liberal advocacy groups sometimes pop up, according to bighollywood.breitbart.com.

Kristan Hawkins, executive director of Students for Life of America, said it’s a way to push the abortion provider without telling unsuspecting viewers what they do.

“Planned Parenthood is the nation’s largest abortion provider,” Hawkins said. “It’s a little known fact – it’s something they don’t want to get out – because they know abortion is a dirty word.”
