hy we're watching: Among the top 20 House seats most likely to change hands this November, North Carolina’s eleventh district is a match up between Republican incumbent Charles Taylor and Democrat challenger Heath Shuler. Schuler, a former NFL football player, touts his Christian faith and pro-life values. Taylor, who regularly scores 100% with the Family Research Council, has fended off vigorous Democratic competitors more than once.
