It appears to be a sacrilegious prank. The crew was caught before they could ruin a Palm Sunday service at Central Community Church in Wichita, Kansas. K-A-K-E News in Wichita reported that the group was thrown out of a Kansas airport after simulating homosexual acts in public and filming the public reaction. Two days earlier they were thwarted while trying to launch a similar prank at Central Community Church. Pastor Greg Smith says the group had everything in place.
“One of our pastors came around in the back hallway and they were surrounding a biblically dressed person in chains on a cart.”
The pastor blocked the door leading to the auditorium and the plot was foiled. Gloria Grace Prosper was in the audience that night. She says the film crew asked everyone present to sign a waiver.
“They were collecting social security numbers from not only the cast members but every audience member who was there.”
That’s when alarm bells went off in her head. They only got louder as the night went on.
“They were claiming that they were a film crew from Germany, and (none) of the members of the crew had a German accent.”
The group claims to be with a company called Longman Parke Production. The address on its web site leads to a mail box in Los Angeles. Targets of the crew were contacted by a lady using the name Cathy or Chelsea. Another clue; the group offers to pay cash to the people it films, something no real documentary maker would do.
