I have listened to Focus on the Family for 13 years. I have been a single mom for all of those years, left to care for my son while pregnant. In the most trying of times, and when I needed parenting help the most, I turned to Dr. Dobson, and his calming and reassuring voice and strategic guests he always aired, achieving for me great fortitude, hope and the courage necessary to forge onward in Christ.
Words can never express the witness in my spirit and the strength that was offered to me as I listened to the daily programs. They were always so down-to-earth as they reached into my very soul. Dr. Dobson never allowed you to dangle out on the edge without giving real-life solutions, real-life resources and compassionate care. He was always real, and always a tender father figure to me, relating the heart of God in every episode.
I thank you, Dr. Dobson, for giving me LIFE, the strength to endure and persevere, and love. Thank you for your consistent character, superior programming and modeling to me the ministry of Christ.
