God's help wonderfully saved our souls and our marriage. We moved to California, where our daughter was born in 1976, about the same time Dr. Dobson and Focus on the Family first aired. Since children don't come with a user manual, my wife and I started listening to Dr. Dobson in hopes of finding modern-day Christian guidelines to use in raising our baby.
Dr. Dobson's advice and guidance to young parents was invaluable! Dr. Dobson and (the Rev.) Billy Graham have been the "voices crying out in the wilderness."
Congratulations to Dr. Dobson and Focus on the Family for gaining acceptance into the Radio Hall of Fame. You deserve that distinctive accolade for your faithfulness in following the Lord's leading! The enemy of our faith has worked overtime to destroy whatever is good, and Dr. Dobson and Focus on the Family are no exceptions. May God continue to bless all who stand firm in their faith and continue making a difference in the lives of families around the world.
