'I Will Never Forget What Dr Dobson Did For Me'

I have been married for 39 years, and my wife, Kathy, and I are the proud parents of four happy, healthy sons who are young adults making their way in life. Our oldest son is married, and our second son is engaged to be married this upcoming spring.

I thank God every day for my family, our overall health, and for the privilege of living in this great country of ours (and, of course, for Nebraska football). Like many others, I find myself becoming more and more grateful the older I get.

I remember, coming out of college, that my philosophy was moderately liberal and quite secular, but that changed after my wife and I started having our sons. I realized I had responsibilities for these young souls, and I could not take them lightly. I found myself listening to two very inspirational people that changed my life — Rush Limbaugh and Dr. James Dobson.

I will never forget what Dr Dobson did for me.

— Phil, Nebraska
